This audition form can be printed and completed. Please take this form to the audition with you and give to the Director during the audition. Please read both the front and back page! We will also have these forms at the auditions.
HANDBOOK
The purpose of this handbook is to make clear the rules, policies and procedures of our organization. We have very specific guidelines that are a result of many years spent training boys in a professional endeavor, as well as a result of personal contributions from many people who are skilled and experienced in the education of children.

The FORTIS BOYCHOIR Inc. is a public, non-profit organization, with membership open to boys who are at least six (6) years old who have satisfied the audition requirements.
